Function and recommended use

Toothpaste helps clean your teeth and gums. Brushing twice a day is the foundation of good oral health. Also, make sure you eat a low-sugar, healthy diet and drink sugar-free beverages like water or unsweetened tea.

Use the toothpaste 2 to 3 times a day. Spit out the toothpaste after brushing and rinse with water if desired. Avoid swallowing the toothpaste.

Keep the toothpaste out of reach of children. The toothpaste is suitable for children and adolescents ages 6 and older. For children ages 7 and older, use a pea-sized amount and supervise your child while brushing to prevent excessive swallowing.

Best before: 12 months after opening.
